Hatchet Pride is an important project that will encourage strong academics, teamwork, self-esteem and healthy lifestyles among Tomahawk students. The Hatchet Pride Project was developed to install a new track, a new synthetic turf field, new bleachers and press box, and other facility enhancements at Tomahawk High School. The completed project resulted in a safer facility that can be enjoyed by all the students and members of the community.
As Andy Peissig of the Hatchet Pride Project said, “We are proud to announce that the new venue is now complete. This is an amazing venue that the students, athletes, parents and the community of Tomahawk can be proud of. It was made possible due to the generosity of our local businesses and individual donors.
