You need an online banking account or e-statements.
- Log in to Incredible Online Banking.
- Choose "Options" from the menu on the top.
- Choose Mobile Settings and set up your mobile phone.
- You will receive a text message on your phone to confirm the process.
How do I access Incredible Mobile Banking?
- Visit www.ib4you.com from your mobile phone web browser.
- Enter your online banking ID and Password.
(You may have to subscribe to the internet to use this service. If you have questions about internet services on your mobile phone please contact your provider.)
What happens if I lose my mobile phone?
- Your account information is not stored in your mobile phone, therefore cannot be stolen.
- When you replace your mobile phone, simply verify that your information is correct by logging into Incredible Online Banking and click the "Options" tab.
- Then check your mobile settings.
What if I can't get my mobile phone to work with Incredible Mobile Banking?
- You must enroll through the traditional incrediblebank.com online banking system before you can gain access.
- Your phone must be web enabled.
- Your phone must allow secure SSL traffic (you may need to contact your phone provider to determine this.)
- If all the steps above have been done please call our Customer Service Center.

- Log in to Incredible Online Banking (on the right side of this page).
- Choose "Bill Pay" from the menu on the top.
- Choose Add Payee on the top navigation.
- Complete the information for each of the items you want paid.
- Then add Payee by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
How do I pay a bill through Incredible Online Bill Pay?
- Log in to Incredible Online Banking (on the right side of this page).
- Choose "Bill Pay" from the menu on the top.
- Choose New Payment on the top menu.
- Click the radio button of the payee you wish to pay and submit.
- Complete the payment information and submit.
What if I can't get my bill pay to work?
