Yes, we gather information about you from a "soft hit" credit report.
Is a credit bureau report pulled every time I open a new Incrediblebank.com

No, if you open another Incrediblebank.com account in the 30 days immediately following
your original account opening, a new credit bureau report will not be pulled.
My account application decision was "Referred". What is the next
step?

How does Incrediblebank.com verify my initial deposit?
On initial set up Incrediblebank.com will make 2 small deposits into and 2 withdrawals from

Who is responsible when individuals other than me make transactions from my
accounts using Incredible Online Banking?
You are responsible for all transactions you authorize using Incredible Online Banking.
If you permit other people to use your customer ID and password to access your
Incrediblebank.com account, you are responsible for any resulting transactions. We will
not be liable for, and will not reimburse you for, any losses that may occur as a
result of this authorized use of your customer ID and password. You are responsible for
keeping your customer ID and password confidential.
Can I view my history and all of my transactions at any time?
Yes, with Incredible Online Banking you have access to your account information 24
hours a day, 7 days a week!
Security
Is Incredible Online Banking system secure?
Our Incredible Online Banking system is secure. In fact, our Incredible Online Banking
customers are required to use a web browser with one of the highest forms of encryption
available for today's popular browsers. This means that information passing from your
computer to our server is scrambled, making it virtually impossible for anyone to
access your account information. Our Incredible Online Banking system uses Multifactor
Authentication, which protects against phishing, pharming and dictionary attacks, as
well as keystroke logger viruses. This system protects against online fraud by
providing an additional end user authentication factor beyond the customer ID and
password logons. Multifactor Authentication works by recognizing the computer terminal
that you use most frequently. Our system will recognize if you are not using that
computer and may ask you to answer a series of security questions that you had set up
when you initially signed up for the Incredible Online Banking System.
Why does the system "time out" occasionally?
For your protection, Incrediblebank.com automatically disconnects after 10 minutes of
inactivity.
Can I access Incrediblebank.com from any computer?
You can access your Incrediblebank.com accounts anywhere you have internet access and a
128-bit browser. In order to view your accounts you may be required to answer a series
of security questions that you had set up when you initially signed up for Incredible
Online Banking.
As an Incrediblebank.com customer, how can I ensure that my identity is
protected?
Phishing is an internet criminal activity which attempts to fraudulently acquire
sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details. Phishing
is typically carried out by email, often directing users to give personal and
confidential information at a legitimate looking website. Different approaches include
reasons such as but not limited to:
- "We're updating our records"
- "We've identified fraudulent activity on your account"
- "Valuable account and personal information was lost due to a computer error"
Never provide personal identifying information in response to an unsolicited request. eStatements
What is an eStatement?
e-Statements are your monthly checking account statements received electronically. They
are official documents, just like a paper statement, so you can use them for record
keeping, tax purposes, etc. You will receive a monthly statement notification
electronically when your e-Statement is available.
How do I access my eStatements?
You can access your eStatements within your Incrediblebank.com Online Banking session. As
an eStatement client, you will also receive emails when your monthly eStatement is
available. Click the link embedded in the email and enter your Customer ID and password
to retrieve your statement.
What are my eStatement access requirements?
Your personal computer must meet the following software requirements for access to and
retention of your e-Statements and/or e-Notices. Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 6.0
or higher is required to open and view your electronic statement(s)/notice(s)*. To
download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader®, click here. We also recommend that you use the
latest browser version available that supports 128 bit SSL encryption.
How do I reset my email and email delivery options?
You can reset your email address and e-Statement notification through your Incredible
Online Banking service by clicking the e-Statements tab and navigating to the e-mail
option.
How often will I receive an e-Statement on my Incrediblebank.com checking account?
Monthly.

How do I make deposits and withdrawals into my Incrediblebank.com accounts?
In order to move money into Incrediblebank.com, you can wire the money in, or you could mail in a check to Incrediblebank.com, a division of
River Valley Bank, PO Box 1182, Wausau WI 54402-1182, or you could originate a transfer from an external financial institution to Incrediblebank.com.
In order to move money out of IB, you can use our Bill pay to make a check out to yourself,
have an external financial institution pull the money out or use your check card to either
withdraw cash or use for point of sale purchases.
What is the latest time I can schedule a transfer for the current
day?
5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
Are there funds transfer limits on my account?
Yes. Incrediblebank.com allows a maximum of
$10,000 ACH transferred out per day and a maximum of $50,000 ACH in per day.
When are deposits available for withdrawal?
Funds from any deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines will not be
available until the fifth business day after the day of your deposit.
Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once the funds are available, you can withdraw them in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks written against your account.
After we have made funds available to you, you are still responsible for checks you deposit that are returned unpaid, and for any other problems involving your deposit, even if you have withdrawn the funds.
Can I set up direct deposit to my Incrediblebank.com account?
Yes, the two required items to set up a direct deposit are Incrediblebank.com routing number (075911742), and
your Incrediblebank.com account number.
This is a simple and easy way to actively control your money and watch your money
grow.
12 month Incredible CD - NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
When my CD matures, how long do I have to renew or close the
account?
You will have a 10 calendar day grace period to notify us if you no longer want the CD. Otherwise it will auto renew into another 12 month CD.
How am I notified that my CD is going to mature?
You will receive a mailed maturity notice.
How does my CD renew?
After the 10 calendar day grace period your CD and interest earned will automatically roll into a 12 month fixed rate CD.
When do I start earning interest on my CD?
You begin earning interest on the day that your deposit posts to your account.
How can I fund my CD?
You may fund your CD with an ACH.
Is there a minimum and/or maximum deposit?
The minimum opening balance for the Incredible CD $10,000 and the maximum deposit is
$225,000.
Can I withdraw interest from my CD before maturity?
The only time you may withdraw interest is within the 10 calendar day renewal
period.
When is interest paid to me?
The interest is accrued daily and compounded and credited on a quarterly basis.
How often will I receive a statement?
This account does not receive statements. You will however be able to view your account
using online banking.
What is the penalty for early CD withdrawal?
6 months interest is the penalty for early withdrawal.
